For instocks, once your order has been confirmed, our dedicated courier team will collect your order. Delivery will be done within 2-3 working days. 

For orders from our Overseas Shopping Spree, delivery will be done within 5-7 working days after the last date of spree.

Our delivery team will contact you upon delivery. Please note that your order will be placed outside on any available spaces (shoerack, cabinet, riser, etc.) if nobody is home to receive the parcel. If there are no available spaces to leave the parcel (e.g. landed property, condominium with intercom access), there will be a redelivery fee of $15.

Important!

♥ Please note that our delivery team will not deliver to any shopping malls, industrial areas, and restricted areas.
